Trimarni is place where athletes and fitness enthusiasts receive motivation, inspiration, education, counseling and coaching in the areas of nutrition, fitness, health, sport nutrition, training and life.

We emphasize a real food diet and our coaching philosophy is simple: Train hard, recover harder. No junk miles but instead, respect for your amazing body. Every time you move your body you do so with a purpose. Our services are designed with your goals in mind so that you can live an active and healthy, balanced lifestyle.

2020 Coaching Application

Thank you for your interest in being part of the 2020 Trimarni coaching team. Please note that we can only accept a small number of coached athletes each season to ensure that we can keep our training personalized and specific to your needs.

Our coaching application is our way to make sure that you are a right fit for us and that we are a right fit for you. Please note, we only coach endurance triathletes (you must have at least one half or full distance Ironman on your 2020 schedule).

To have the right athlete-coach relationship, it’s important that you understand and believe in our coaching methodology and philosophy and you want to be part of the Trimarni team. In applying, we assume that you are looking for a long-term coaching relationship where you are committed to developing your skills, fitness and endurance for many years to come and that you will always put your health before your performance.

After you submit your application, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours letting you know that we received your application. We will announce our team near the end of October with a coaching start date in early to mid November (pending your last race of the season or any current health/injury issues).
