Trimarni Blog - Trimarni.blogspot.com
On February 3rd, 2007, the Trimarni blog was created. As a blog dedicated to exercise, nutrition and my life, it is very ironic that I started blogging immediately after the 2007 Miami Marathon...the only race that I started but did not finish.
For me, blogging is an outlet for my thoughts, views and experiences with food, exercise and life. However, I do not believe in negativity on my blog nor do I believe that there is only one way or a "right" way to live life.
With over 700 recipe "creations", over 300,000 page views and over 1500 blog posts, blogging is not my form of instant gratification but rather the missing voice in a society who has an unhealthy
relationship with food and exercise. With so much misleading and confusing information on exercise, wellness and self-improvement, I take pride in providing a new outlook on how we can live life to
the fullest. As a passionate educator who has spent much of my adult life learning about nutrition and exercise physiology in my extensive educational career, I believe that we are all on our own
personal journey and with no "perfect" way as to how we should live, we must strive to make every day count.
Although blogging is my freedom to journal about anything and everything, I choose to use my blog as a motivational tool, in order to inspire others to live a quality life and to reach short and long term goals. I also enjoy posting pictures of my furry best friend Campy (named after Campagnolo, an Italian high-end bike component).
As always, I appreciate you reading my blog, leaving a comment or sending me a personal email. The best gift you can give me is passing along my blog, website and services to others, if you feel
someone you know and care about, needs a little motivation and inspiration in their life.
Changing active lifestyles, one bite at a time.
