TriMarni offers several services to meet both your weight and performance goals. Understanding that we all have our own unique strengths and weaknesses and individual goals. my services are designed to help you live a more healthful and active lifestyle as well as moving you closer to your personal fitness, health, life and body composition goals. 

 

As a licensed, clinical dietitian, exercise physiologist and 5x Ironman finisher, I hold a lot of titles that may help you meet personal life goals. However, it is my job to motivate, inspire and educate in order to help you and your individual needs.

 

I take pride in providing my athletes and fitness enthusiasts with realistic  nutrition suggestions and balanced training plans. By focusing on the power of goal setting and a "quality" approach to both training/exercise and nutrition, I enjoy guiding my athletes and fitness enthusiasts when it comes to overcoming obstacles and challenges in both training, in life and in the diet.

 

As a mentor to those who aspire to live a healthful and active lifestyle, I practice what I preach and prioritize balance and consistency in all areas of my life. I do not feel it is necessary to stick to a strict nutrition plan nor follow a rigid training/exercise plan that leaves me isolated, restricted and exhausted. I am an active individual who loves to use my body and I don't strive for a number on the scale to prove I am fit and healthy.  In my opinion, there is no such thing as a perfect training plan or perfect diet plan that works for everyone but rather a way to live that works perfectly for your lifestyle and individual goals.

 

Regardless if we are working together for nutrition for health, nutrition for weight loss, fitness training, performance training or for any other reason, I believe that  current health status takes priority on everything we do in life. Therefore, with a balanced approach to living you will never have to worry about compromising other areas in life that will positively affect your personal well-being.

I believe that there must be a trusting, open and kind relationship between me and my fitness enthusiasts and athletes. Therefore, it is at my discretion to discontinue coaching/nutrition services at any point during training or nutrition consulting if I feel that our relationship is no longer healthy for both me and you OR if I believe you are putting your own health (or the health of others) into jeopardy.
