Skills Camp Greenville SC

Quick Facts

Location: Greenville, SC

Type of camp: All level, skill-focused triathlon camp

Length of camp: 4.5 days

Dates: March 27-March 31

In case you haven't heard, we have a little gem of a triathlon training playground here in Greenville. You’ll be delighted to know that the Greenville community embraces cycling. People love riding bikes in and around Greenville. As if our award winning downtown Greenville wasn't enough, we have breathtaking mountain views, lots of farm-to-table restaurants and very friendly people.

Our All-Levels Skills Camp is centered around your triathlon skills. As an early season triathlon camp, our goal is to provide you with workouts that will require you to improve upon or learn new skills that will help you train and race better. While there will be plenty of training to give you a little fitness boost, you will leave camp with improved confidence so that you can feel comfortable and safe on race day. We plan to break your bad habits and integrate new skills into your training execution in order to reduce risk for injury/health issues, to improve your fitness and to help you feel more race-ready for your upcoming triathlon events.
From our experience in working with athletes of all levels, every triathlete has room for improvement when it comes to swim, bike, run skills.

While this is an all-level, skills triathlon camp, we expect that all campers are comfortable riding a bike in a new environment, in a group setting and have endurance to comfortably ride for 2+ hours on rolling terrain. This is not a newbie camp.
