We are proudly providing you with whole coffee beans that are roasted and packed by Abita Roasting Company in Abita Springs, LA. The coffee trees are grown in soil and the beans are grown using organic principles. The Resilient Joe is a pure Ethopian Arabica from the Yirgacheffe region. Grumpy puppy is a blend of Arabicas from Sumatra, Nicaragua & Colombia.

This coffee is named after Marni's Grandpa "Joe" who passed away just shy of 94 years of age. Grandpa Joe lived a long and active life, staying mentally sharp and physically active even through his later years. He was also a great story-teller and a lover of a good strong cup of Joe.
The beans are from Yirgacheffe, which is widely considered the birthplace of coffee. A stunning Ethiopian bean unlike any other in the world.
