Every Trimarni Camp is designed to deliver a memorable, educational, safe, and inspiring training experience through expert coaching, thoughtful planning, and personalized support.
Since hosting our first training camp in Clermont, Florida in 2014, our mission has remained the same: help athletes become stronger, more confident, and more capable through hands-on coaching, skill development, and purposeful training.
Our camps are not about collecting miles. You'll learn practical skills, proven training strategies, and effective techniques that you can take home and apply long after camp ends. Whether you're looking to improve your bike handling skills, build confidence, improve your swimming technique, or prepare for a specific event, every camp is designed to help you become a better athlete.
Set in beautiful training destinations and surrounded by like-minded athletes, our camps provide an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and focus entirely on yourself and your goals. We take care of the details so you can focus on training, learning, recovering, and enjoying the experience.
With experienced coaches, SAG support, structured workouts, educational sessions, and a supportive community, you'll leave camp feeling stronger, more motivated, and better prepared for your next challenge.
Gravel/MTB Skills
Our Gravel or MTB Skills Camp is designed to help athletes ride off-road with greater confidence, efficiency, and safety.
Through hands-on instruction and guided riding, you'll learn essential skills including climbing, descending, cornering, body positioning, terrain management, and bike handling. We also cover gravel and MTB-specific topics such as tire selection, tire pressure optimization, and bike maintenance. Athletes of all fitness levels are welcome, though participants should be comfortable riding for approximately three hours on the road. Throughout camp, you'll practice navigating the types of terrain and features commonly encountered at gravel events, helping you build the skills and confidence needed for your next adventure.
Early Season Triathlon Camp
Our Early Season Triathlon Camp is designed for experienced triathletes preparing for their first races of the year.
The camp focuses on swim technique, cycling skills, terrain management, run efficiency, and overall race readiness. Athletes will gain confidence while developing the technical skills needed to become more complete and capable triathletes.
To get the most from this experience, participants should have at least six months of consistent training, be comfortable riding for three hours on rolling terrain (approximately 16+ mph average speed), and be prepared for multiple daily training sessions totaling around three hours per day.
Endurance Triathlon Camp
Our Endurance Triathlon Camp is designed for athletes preparing for demanding late-season races such as Ironman World Championship events, Ironman Chattanooga, Ironman Wisconsin, and other hilly long-course races.
This camp places a strong emphasis on cycling, with challenging terrain, substantial climbing, and a carefully structured training load designed to improve fitness, durability, confidence, and race-specific preparation.
Participants should arrive with a strong endurance base, be comfortable riding a triathlon bike for at least five hours on hilly terrain, and be capable of training four or more hours per day. Our goal is to safely push your limits, strengthen your abilities, and help you arrive at your goal race feeling prepared and confident.
Group Camps are open to the Public. You do not have to be a Trimarni Athlete to attend.
