A Personalized Training Camp is designed for athletes seeking focused, individualized attention and a fully customized training experience. This option is ideal for athletes who want to accelerate their development through direct coaching, hands-on feedback, and targeted skill work in a concentrated training environment.

Whether you are preparing for your first triathlon, looking to improve swim, bike, or run skills, or seeking a new location for a train-cation, a personalized camp offers a highly effective way to elevate your performance.

Each camp is designed to improve both performance and confidence through targeted skill development:

Swim

Our training camps are hosted in and around the Greenville, South Carolina area —an exceptional destination for nature-loving, endurance athletes. With bike-friendly roads, varied terrain, mountain views, and a welcoming community, Greenville provides an ideal setting for fun and focused training.

We can help you design a true “train-cation” experience near the mountains, combining structured training with purposeful skill development in a motivating environment.

Individualized Coaching Experience

One-on-one coaching at camp is one of the most efficient and impactful ways to address performance limiters that may be affecting consistency or holding you back from reaching the next level.

Prior to your arrival, we communicate with you to understand your goals, experience level, strengths, and areas for improvement. This allows us to design a fully customized training experience tailored specifically to your needs.

All experience levels are welcome.

Camp structure can be adjusted to emphasize swim, bike, run, or a combination of all three disciplines based on your goals. Athletes may also attend with a friend or small training group for a shared personalized experience.

Pricing

  • Personalized Training Camp: $500/day (invoiced at completion of camp)

    OR

  • 75-minute individual sport focused session: $150 (swim, bike, or run)

Camp Options

We also offer options for:

  • Small group personalized camps (up to 4 athletes)

  • Sport-specific camps (swim, bike, run, MTB, gravel focused)

What’s Included

  • Up to 2.5 days of one-on-one coaching and structured training

  • Up to 6 hours of guided training, skills development, terrain management, and education per day (maximum 4 hours per session)

  • Nutrition support and guidance throughout camp

  • Reserved pool access and planned swim/bike/run routes

  • Open water swim opportunities (seasonal availability: June–September)

  • Pre-camp communication via email, phone, or video to plan your training focus

  • Detailed camp itinerary and logistical coordination

  • Post-camp summary outlining key areas of improvement and next steps

  • Follow-up 30-minute coaching call within two weeks of camp completion (if needed)

  • Not included: Lodging, meals, snacks, transportation

  • "I wanted to thank you both for helping me with my skills when I visited you for camp last winter. I know I was more of an mtb rookie even than you were expecting and I so appreciate how you took the time to meet me where I was while giving me challenges and instruction to help me grow my skills and confidence. When I first reached out, I let you know that my goal was qualifying to race at the Multisport World Championships in 2027. Well, USAT Cross Nationals were held this past Saturday, and I'm excited to say I met my goal!! I'll spare you the detailed race report, but I previewed the course on Thursday before the race and was incredibly intimidated. It was the most technical course I have ever ridden - Texas limestone is not a joke - and unlike any terrain I have seen before. I fell multiple times trying to navigate the rocky ups and downs. My coach and I talked through race strategy and decided I would treat the bike as a learning experience and just stop and regroup as needed. She said I could race the run when I got there :) I ended up surprising myself with how well it went. I was able to ride almost all of the course and push the effort level more than expected. So many of the things you both said during camp kept popping into my head and helped me keep moving forward. I'm planning to spend the summer/fall continuing to ride, race, and work on my skills so I can be better positioned for next year. If you are up for it and it works with your schedules, I would love to come back and do another camp (maybe Sept/Oct?).
